Week 12 had some close games as part of a thrilling Sunday slate, with three games going to overtime and the Cowboys stunning the Eagleswith a killer walk-off field goal.

But now, we're looking ahead to a busy Week 13, with three juicy matchups on Thanksgiving Day, while the Eagles try to shake off the blues against the Bears on Black Friday.

Aaron Rodgers appears set to return to the Steelers this week aftermissing Week 12 with a wrist injury— which, afterChicago held on for a three-point win on Sunday, Pittsburgh will be happy to have its QB1 back. Meanwhile, Bengals fans will keep an eye out for updates on receiver Tee Higgins, who wascarted off the field with a concussionduring Cincinnati's loss to the Patriots.

New England, by the way, is quietly dominating, holding a league-best 10-2 record and becoming the first NFL team this season to hit 10 wins.

    The New Orleans Saints are hosting kicker tryouts and Justin Tucker is reportedly part of that group, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

    Tucker, 36, was recently reinstated by the NFL after serving a 10-game suspension for sexual misconduct.

    The Saints are searching for kickers after Ben Grupe went 1-for-3 on attempts during the team's Week 12 loss to the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.

  • Bengals WR Tee Higgins in concussion protocol

    Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins is in concussion protocol after leaving Sunday's loss to New England. Higgins suffered a concussion after attempting a one-handed catch and appearing to land, hitting the back of his head on the turf. He was carted off the field holding his head.

  • Former Browns QB Bernie Kosar to be discharged from hospital following successful liver transplant surgery

    Former Cleveland Browns quarterback Bernie Kosar's liver transplant went so well that he is being discharged from the hospital this afternoon instead of next month. Kosar had successful surgery last Monday and is so far ahead of schedule in his recovery that his doctors have cleared him for early release from the hospital.

    Kosar played 12 years in the NFL after being selected as the No. 1 pick in the supplemental draft in 1985. He lead the Browns to the AFC championship game in three out of four years from 1986 to 1989

  • Patriots first-round pick Will Campbell may have MCL injury

    The New England Patriots fear an MCL injury for first-round pick Will Campbell, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

    Campbell left Sunday's game — a narrow win over the Cincinnati Bengals — due to the injury. He'll have more testing done Monday, but could hit Injured Reserve due to the issue.

    Campbell, 21, has proved a solid addition to the Patriots' line in his rookie season. Thanks, in part, to his protection, second-year quarterback Drake Maye has developed into an MVP candidate.

    While Campbell will undergo additional tests Monday, it's possible he's able to return before the end of the regular season.

  • Giants fire DC Shane Bowen

    The New York Giants are making moves after yet another loss. Defensive coordinator Shane Bowen was reportedly fired Monday after the team allowed 34 points in a loss to the Detroit Lions, according to NFL Network.

    The Giants rank 30th in points allowed this season under Bowen. The team was slightly better in 2024, when it ranked 21st in points against.
